There are many books written about Cyprus Recipes, but a lot of them are about the nice and sweet recipe for parties, celebrations and when you have guests in the house. We heard that there is a demand for (next to these recipes) traditional normal Cyprus recipes, which is very difficult to find on the internet and in books.
For this reason we found a lovely Cyprus woman who made real cyprus food recipes for us and we had the luck that somebody also had to eat the food made for the recipes. Our cyprus food specialist is Christella Athanasiou from Xylotympou (small village near Larnaca), who will create many recipes on a regular bases. So come back from time to time to find new recipes.
Doukissa Cake
